To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@gorankaio.com within 7 days of your purchase. Please include your account email address and the reason for your refund request. Our merchant of record, Paddle, will process the refund to your original payment method.
Refunds may be denied if we detect abuse of the Service, such as purchasing a subscription, downloading massive amounts of data or reports, and immediately requesting a refund, or violating our Terms of Service.
You can cancel your recurring subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Canceling your subscription will prevent future charges, but it does not automatically trigger a refund for past charges.
